The graph displays information about calls through all available gateways with breakdown by time intervals. You can hide/add information about calls through this gateway to the graph by clicking on the name of the gateway below the table. To open the detailed report on the selected calls click on the graph. There is a table below that contains information about calls through all available gateways, the number of answered, unanswered, transferred calls for each gateway, the average and the total dialing time, hold time, and the duration of conversation of this calls. It contains information about all incoming and outgoing calls through this gateway, their status - answered, unanswered, transferred, dropped, hanged up by the operator, the average time of dialing, holding, talking and the total time of all calls, as well as a graph that reflects the calls time slot allocation.
