DISA

DISA application is designed to provide direct access to the system resources. It allows you to perform an action on the system on behalf of the user after authorization. To provide direct access to system resources, the system checks the caller’s number.
In case the number corresponds to one of the users of the system, the caller is given the opportunity to enter additional digits to be able to use the system on his own behalf (call a colleague by extension, join a conference, make a call according to personal routing settings). In case the calling number does not belong to any of the system users, the process of applications completing will proceed.
To configure the DISA action, you must specify the following options:

  • Call - a call, which is processed in this scenario.
  • User - choose the user or set a “variable” with the type “user” for which you want to set up a rule DISA. On behalf of this user and using his routing rules, actions will be performed on the system.
  • Call back - The system will drop the call and call back to the phone number the call was made from.
  • Sound - An audio message which will be played to the subscriber, who has got into DISA.
