To the gateway

Gateway application is designed for calling to some external number. Herewith the system initiates a new call through one or more gateways (to choose) to the specified number and connects it with the call, which is processed in the script. Please note that the call will be processed in accordance with the settings of the selected gateway.
To configure the Gateway application, specify the following parameters:

  • Call - a call that will be routed to the gateway.
  • Destination - a telephone number to which the call will be addressed through this gateway. To configure, select one of the following options:
    • Enter phone number - you can specify the number the call will be routed to.
    • Use Variable - variable should contain a number to which a call will be addressed.
  • Gateway (s) - select one or several gateways a call will be forwarded through.

If there is no selected gateway, the system will forward a call through any available gateway, determined according to the priorities configured in the gateway section.

  • Answered - in case there was a response to the call, you can add additional actions to be performed in parallel to the conversation.
  • Not answered - in case the call was not answered, you can add additional actions, for example send SMS.
  • Response timeout - if the call is not answered within the specified time, you can add an action that will be performed in parallel to the dialing.
  • Ringing - if dialing has begun, you can add an action that will be performed in parallel to the dialing.

After the rule is executed, the system will proceed to the next rule.
