Availability of services

In this section, the availability of such services as Call Analitycs and Call Center Analytics is configured.

Call Analytics - the ability to use or deny access to information about call statistics. When the function is enabled, the user has an [Analytics] button (../../ as.html) in the menu.

In this section you can see statistics of all calls and also use various filters.

Call center analytics - the ability to use or deny access to the call center information. When the function is enabled, the Call Center tabs and "Analytics" tabs are available in the applications in the user menu.

The functions are enabled by default. In order to prohibit the use of the function, tick off the box next to its name.
